Feedback is a message about the behaviour or performance of another. Being able to give and receive feedback is indispensable if you work with others. Giving feedback is focused on the behaviour of the person and not the person himself. When giving feedback you have the intention to let the other person grow. You give something instead of grabbing something.

You might think that feedback is about something annoying, but giving feedback is above all: giving sincere and specific compliments and opportunities for improvement. People often learn a lot more by being made aware of the good things they do then the mistakes they make.

The way of giving feedback will affect its acceptance. Our unconsciousness cannot process the word 'not' so it is effective to express your positive feedback.
