Stacked resource anchor

With a resource anchor you can change a negative feeling (IR, mood) into a positive feeling. For example you can change fear into joy.
In some cases, a single anchor can be insufficient to change a mood. In that case, it is possible to stack a number of positive experiences (moods) to offer resistance to that negative feeling. A stacked anchor is a very powerful resource anchor!

Placing a stacked anchor

  1. Identify the negative emotion, and the situation in which you would like to use the new anchor.
  2. Identify your resources (expressed in moods). "What do you need to change the negative mood into an empowering mood?"
Ask for 3-5 moods. For example:
    • Motivation
    • Humour, fun, laugh
    • Energy
    • Love
    • Power
  3. Follow the 4 steps of anchoring. Anchor the 3-5 moods in the exact same place. Always think of the break state after setting each anchor and always use the correct question: "Can you remember a time that you felt completely X?".
  4. Test: Fire the anchor.
  5. Future pace.
