Complaints Procedure

The employees, coaches and trainers of the Mind Academy do their utmost to be of service to all customers. However, it could be that your are not satisfied or have a complaint.

Customer Support Department

In the first instance you can telephone or write to our customer support department concerning your complaint. This will be handeled confidentially. You will receive a written response within 2 weeks. The employees and concerned parties of Mind Academy will do their utmost to have your complaint resolved within 6 weeks

Dutch Association for NLP

In the event of a dispute not being resolved in a joint manner the Mind Academy will refer your complaint to the Dutch Association for NLP (NVNLP). The NVNLP has an independent, professional complaints procedure for her members en they will also look after your interests. Should their services be used, the decision is ruling.
